Appointments can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours before the appointments start time without a penalty fee. If a cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the appointment start time, a late cancellation fee of 25% will be charged to the credit card on file. If you are running late to your appointment, please notify me soon as possible at 773-972-8109 to ensure that I can still accommodate your appointment. I uphold a 15-minute rule to be able to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your appointment, in which you will be asked to reschedule and charged a $25 fee. No show appointments will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the cost of service. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
